Lifetime Refund Policy

If you are not pleased with your purchase of books, ebooks, membership programs, subscriptions, videos or any other product, for any reason, you may contact us AT ANY TIME for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling).

Regardless of how long ago you purchased from us, we look forward to helping ensure your complete satisfaction.

• If you reside in the United States and would like a refund or to cancel a subscription, please contact us at: 800-591-6790.
• If you reside outside the United States, or as an alternative to a phone call for those residing in the United States, and you would like a refund or to cancel a subscription, send an e-mail to refunds@tropicalhealth.com providing your full name, what you purchased, when you purchased it and what are your expectations (refund, cancel subscription, etc.).
• Refunds will not be issued for products that have not been purchased directly from The Alternative Daily.
• While our refund policy is generous, we reserve the right to deny a refund and/or issue a credit in place of a refund if we determine that our policy is being abused.
• Refunds are issued for the price paid for the product, back to the original form of payment. Some exceptions apply.
• Refunds cover the original purchase price of the product purchased, they do not include the price of shipping and handling on the original order.
• In the event an order has been mailed back to us, the postage fees are not eligible for a refund.
• Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days. Refunds issued via check require a longer processing time.
